We need gift bags and a program, and Dustin has volunteered to cover this. I will give you a bag with some of the stuff they used last year tonight in 501. Nowar has the new bags, and they are smaller than last year's, so you'll want to get those ASAP.
The bag should include:
-Bottled water (enough to last the afternoon)
-Tees
-MNA coffee thermos or water jug? (The school has some requirements with printing their logo on these, if we include it).
-Anything else you can think of.
The program can be anything from a single page information sheet to a bound booklet. I'll leave this up to your discretion, but ask me if you have any questions. Thanks!
