I want one really successful social mixer this semester, and this is going to be the one.

Time:
6:00-10:00
Promotion:
During the week starting October 22, we will talk about the event and pass out a flyer in each MBA class held that week.
Dustin
Find a location downtown, something near a lot of other bars. Tell them we will have 30 people. Reserve it and make sure we have standing room. Two options: The Mix and Red Rabbit. Assess these locations to see what works best. We want something near other bars so people will filter in.
It would be nice to have a place to hang our sign.
If you can do anything to give the whole thing a Halloween flavor, feel free to get creative.

1. Produce a flyer for the event that can be printed 4x4 on an 8/5x11" sheet of paper. Send this to me and I will have it printed on campus.
2. Compile a list of all MBA classes held during the week. Assign each class to an officer to go talk about the event during class.

Update the Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Calendar accounts with the event information.

Create a sign-in sheet. When people attend get them to sign-in and give them a name tag. We won't have a list of attendees, so just bring a lot of blank name tags, at least 60.
