Here are the people handling it: Josh: Event planning, communication with golf course and school. Lulu: Marketing, beer, ticket sales. Dustin: Giveaway bags.
I'd like some more sponsors to cover expenses, particularly cash, prizes, and beer. Whatever money we have leftover goes into our war chest, so if you can call three companies and ask if they're interested, it would help immensely.
I will post more information later on this.

Attached is the budget for the golf tournament. Variable costs: Hot dog BBQ - $8.99 Dinner - $17.99 Course fee - $50 Total - 76.98 So for 128 players, we expect our total VC to be 9853.44. This is GREAT because it means the vast majority of expenses are variable, so it gives us more breathing room. It also means we are selling tickets below cost. Attachments:

Schedule is like this: 11:30: registration and hot dog bbq 12:30: game begins 5:15-5:30: game ends 6:00-8:00: banquet

The school administration decided they liked another flyer better, one without our logo.
